I booked an appointment as I felt I had overplucked and made my eyebrows looked mis-matched so I wanted to see if the Shavata team could help. Mariam was absolutely lovely. Basically told me I needed to stop plucking and come back every few weeks so they could improve my brows over time. She did thread them and there was a definite improvement. Thank you
