Turned up to my appointment and was told I didn’t have an appointment. I had made a special journey and left work early to attend the appointment. So with wasted travel time, petrol and parking I was already quite annoyed. Then the lady at Leeds was so rude and basically told me my appointment was not happening. I was then told I would have a call back from the store to rebook but this didn’t happen. Terrible customer service.

Always a great service with Devinder. She listens to what I want and doesn’t give me a ‘standard’ brow- it always suits my face and she checks after each step that I’m happy with the outcome. Only consideration is the price- it has gone up drastically this year!!!
