I booked a Senior Therapist at 10am via Treatwell - first appointment of the day. When I turned up they had no record of my appointment and there was only one therapist working and she was not Senior. She has a queue of other customers waiting and seemed very stressed - she took about 4 minutes to do my brows and I kept having ask her to tweak - she seemed distracted by the waiting customers and the whole experience felt very rushed - not great.

Pinkie was amazing at making sure I got the lashes I wanted. Many places end up with unnatural looking lashes but these looked seriously incredible and I got so many compliments afterwards. Thank you pinki!
