I was there for maybe 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged me and then I had to wait half an hour past my appointment time before there was someone free to do my eyebrows. I paid for the senior stylist and I would say my eyebrows are fine, but not worth the money I paid. Somewhat uneven. However the staff were nice and it only took 15 mins
