I had a brow and tint. The results are lovely and I am very happy withy therapist, but I did notice that she was talking to a lady who ask a question while I had my eyebrows threaded and my therapist was still working on me and looking at the lady. It was only for a few seconds, but any threading matters, so I would have preferred for her to stop for a few seconds and just talk to the lady.

Experience was as expected (I've been here before), but I had to wait 35 minutes for somebody to show up for my appointment. In fairness, I did switch the time late the night before, but the studio is supposed to open at 10am, my appointment was at 10:30am, and nobody arrived until 11:05am.
