This is a tricky one. The threading was good. but this isn’t cheap for eye brow threading in a department store. I went for the eyebrow shape, the shape is on point and it took about 5 minutes if that. They are perfect thickness and she was very good. So this review is more directed at the company itself I guess - what does the customer get that makes them want to pay 17 pounds ( full price 18) for something you could get at a decent high street Salon? I came to treat myself, but if you think your getting a luxurious treatment you aren’t, it’s Bish bosh done?. And I’ve had the same result paying a lot less!
