Pinki thought my eyebrows had been done badly by my last threader & constantly told me how bad they were. Pinki did a good job when she wasn't trying to upsell me £160 packages, £20 gels and £18 eyepencils. When she realised I wasn't going to buy them at check out she walked off & asked a colleague to serve me. All very bizzare. Also eyebrow hair wasn't wiped off face after threading so forehead massage with gel just embedded all hairs all over my face and I looked ridiculous reluctant to go back
