No one showed up to do my treatment, my appointment was never cancelled nor I was notified that the person who was supposed to do my bikini wax was sick that day and no one could replace her. Very disappointed terrible service.

Overbooked (maybe due to a walk in) & only one staff member on so had to wait almost 30 mins for treatment. Eyebrows did look good in the end though!
