I was not consulted for skin patch test and was handed a form to sign instead. The lady washed the dye off my eyelashes using a wet tissue with a bowl to catch the excess water running down my face which continued to run down my neck. I asked her to give me some tissue but was only told to wait. She told me that she'd give me a 20% discount for both my eyebrow and eyelash tint as there was no difference but ended giving me a 10% discount. I did highlight this and she retorted.
