Luljeta listened attentively to what I wanted then gave me a detailed explanation of how I can get these results over the coming few months. She carefully explained at every step and even ensured that I had all the information I needed to continue to get the results that I wanted if I didn’t come back to her or buy any products from the salon (both which I’m happy to do after her fantastic service). I felt like she really cared about giving me the results I wanted and went the extra mile.
