She waxed basically hairless skin, to the point that my eyebrows looked exactly the same. FOR 27 POUNDS!! Absolutely ludicrous, won’t be coming back.

I was a bit late for my appointment, which I made online, but this was no problem. I received a friendly welcome & professional service. I was very happy with the result & will definitely be returning.

I tried this as it was cheaper than my usual Vaishaly or Harrods treatments. The lash lift was left on far too long so damaged my lashes - I was left for ages while the therapist went to treat someone else. The results weren’t as good as at Harrods either. The staff are friendly but I don’t agree with Shavata’s practices (as she bragged about in an article) of firing staff based on any negative feedback - try training people first! Also I bought the oil treatment as they don’t have the Yumi keratin mascara, it’s rubbish and you can buy the same oil in a pharmacy for way less. I’ve since gone back to Harrods and am much happier.
