Quite upset with experience and definitely won’t return. Considering their job is to just know eyebrows they didn’t know. Left feeling very dissatisfied as someone whose had their eyebrows threaded for over 13 years and the woman clearly didn’t know what she was doing. Poor service and VERY overpriced, I wasn’t even offered any oil after they were done. I will return to Brow Bar in Harvey Nics.
good as always, my booking didn't appear on the system but they helped out. the studio is getting really busy.
decent results. just a bit heavy on the threading. left me a little redder than normal. friendly staff.
