Great threading, was inexplicably kept waiting 8 mins before my appointment started despite the therapist seemingly being free (as she was standing around in the salon), but once I raised the fact I was waiting, I was given a great eyebrow shaping. There was quite a lot of attempt to up-sell me to get other treatments, which I would have preferred not to happen.
