The appointment didn’t start on time. Once it did begin I was forced to listen to another customer argue with the front cashier the whole time about her payment and deposits in a rather loud voice. The threading shaping was good, but the atmosphere of the salon was not so great on this day.

I had a threading with one of the senior therapists (didn’t catch her name) and she shaped my eyebrows perfectly. She was also very gentle - my skin is very sensitive and normally is red for at least a day after threading, but the redness had gone for me by the next morning (my appointment was in the evening).

I had my eyelash extensions done by Seemi who was extremely polite and friendly. Almost fell asleep during the treatment! Would definitely recommend.
