This was one of my worst threading experiences. Not even sure if it was a threading session as the therapist Karina did not know what she was doing as she first waxed my eyebrows then threaded them and then decided to tweeze them. I am now left with completely different looking eyebrows and am wishing I never came here in the first place. The most annoying thing was she knew she messed up and kept trying to make me look at my eyebrows and tell her what to do. I am not the eyebrow specialist here! It was one of the longest appointments - over 35 minutes and I just wanted to get away. Please avoid this place.
The staff were so friendly and professional. They did a beautiful job on my brows and lashes. A little in the pricey side but overall I’m very happy.
My first time having a lash lift and the results were amazing! The therapist explained everything thoroughly and was really lovely. However, for the price paid, I expected a better environment for a treatment that included me lying down for the majority of the time. The treatment was carried out on the shop floor with customers walking in and out for other treatments. Additionally, i found it hard to relax as I had the ceiling light directly above me. Ambience could definitely be worked on but a great lash lift regardless.
