The LVL is amazing - Deepti is lovely. The lash area was tidy however ,The powder room could have done with a freshen up . Surfaces dusty and basin grubby. Receptionist could be more welcoming by smiling occasionally, I have been here before and always feel like I’m putting her out by asking a question which is usually deferred to somebody else anyway .The lashes and brows are great , the other things let it down considering the profile of the brand and price point for the services .
