Shavata cancelled my appointment 5 mins before I arrived saying that the therapist had called in sick. I can only assume they had more notice than they gave me as I was outside the shop. They then failed to proactively give me a refund and I had to first email to ask for one and when I had no reply, call the shop, who were clueless about how to arrange. Awaiting a refund.
