so i went in on a saturday and overall received not a great service, eyelashes were not even on both eyes, and mainly irritated me through out the day as they were not stuck on properly.
i called the reception and Che whos lovely amanged to get me booked in staright away and with a recomended staff member , i got my eyelashes fixed and was beyond happy with the results. so mixed feelings, shouldnt have been botched in the firstl place but the actions by che and the staff was great. would go back :)
Overall it was a good experience. But definitely i was not happy to hear on the spot that i will be taken by a different beautician not the one i booked in with even thought she was there. She is one of the main reasons why i visit the place. Understand double booking and things like these happen, but a warnings in advance is always better.
