Having a good brow threading experience is really important to me, and I specifically chose Shavata for that reason. I used to have my brows done locally but it was always disappointing walking away with mis matched brows or bad service. I have found that the experience at Shavata is up and down, dependent on the therapist. For example, sometimes I’m consulted on shape, they are filled in nicely etc. Other times I get a really bad experience where there’s no consultation, and I have to ask the therapist to make my brows look more even, and even to have them filled in - or £18 per session you shouldn’t have to! I think better customer service is in order so that no matter who you see, you walk away happy.
Great treatment, service and ambience, but more expensive than some other places.
Despite a bit of a wait, was offered a great service with nice results. Will visit again
