Not a successful second visit to this salon. Was expecting to be greeted by Shaniqua, who i booked via treatwell as my manicurist. The salon changed the appointment and failed to let me know this. On top of this, they were 20 minutes late in starting my treatment - no apologies from the reception staff or my manicurist. The manicurist had difficulty in removing some of my 'tricky' cuticles - this disappointed me as you would think for paying top-notch prices, this wouldn't be an issue. I asked her to re-do a nail as i wasn't happy with it. Whilst this was being prepared, she went off to another customer to thread her eyebrows. I arrived at the salon at 6.15pm (my appointment time) and left very unhappy at 8.10pm (yes - you read correct). Wouldn't recommend this place at all - steer clear.
