Shavata did not have a note of my booking but managed to put me up later in the day. I had booked a basic pedicure but it was NOT a pedicure, just a file and polish. Quite disappointed I hadn't been told that and about the price: £20 is expensive for just that. Other salons in Chiswick would typically charge £10-12 for the same service.
Got the quick mani, have mixed feelings. Lady was nice apart from stating that she dislikes normal polish and gel is best (after she finished my normal polish, not sure if that was good advertising). She clearly tried to deliver good service but polish layers were too thick and I got air bubbles. And it started cracking the next day.
Great friendly service. Was really happy with my gel manicure + it lasted 3 weeks!
Im happy with my eyebrow and eyelash tint and eyebrow threading. Would probably not go if i didnt have a discount but with the discount its worth treating yourself to a slightly more upmarket experience.
