Booked my visit for the afternoon, the whole experience was a bit rushed. Stuff seem to want to go home asap.
screaming kids, dirty and stained surfaces, dirty towels, tools being sprayed once with cleaner, had to clean up the edges of my nails myself with a cuticle cutter when I got home
always pleasant and really helpful staff on hand. I was very pleased with the results, the assistant checked throughout that I was pleased with the depth of colour, I was advised about additional treatments, yes a bit of up selling, but I was genuinely interested so I was happy she had mentioned the treatment.
Good experience but for the rate charged I would expect a quality far high tha places that charge half this. Except for the ambiance there was no added value. There was also no consultation as stated.
