I got my eyelashes done with Joanna who was professional and made me feel totally at ease. I could only afford a half set, but am really pleased with the result and think they look closer to a full set anyway. Also got a 20% reduction because the appt was off peak. Definitely recommend
My visit was excellent. However when I booked there did no seem to be an option to have just eyebrow threading without a tint. In fact I had to pay for a tint although I did not require one.
My initial treatment had several problems, mainly gel paint left on the skin around my nails and air bubbles in the finish. I went back the next day and they immediately booked me in to have my colour completely redone within the hour. Mixed feelings on the whole but lots of other happy customers on both visits, seems I just got someone who was having a bad day on my initial visit. Would still go back though as the customer service when I had an issue was so great.
My first time here and I loved it! The ladies were all incredibly friendly and it was a lovely space to be in. The Gel nails look really good!
