Advised they were super busy and hadn’t checked the Treatwell system this morning…there was one other person in the salon. Then said they couldn’t fit me in for a tint as booked? Somehow managed to fit it in… don’t bother booking here

Booked and paid on Treatwell. Arrived at the salon to find they had double booked the time and I was made to wait for 30 mins for another available appointment. Barely even got an apology.
Eyebrow threading was average at best, eyebrows could have been done to the same standard at elsewhere for half the price
Not a patch on the service offered at Shavata Knightsbridge where I’ve been a customer for 7 years
