The massage was really effective and reduced the tension in my neck and shoulders, which was an area I had asked her to focus on. It was also a really relaxing full body massage. The sound massage at the beginning was very grounding and relaxing.

Amazing massage, really helped improve some issues I’ve been having with shoulder/neck pain…felt more beneficial than the money I’ve been spending on osteopath work. She also gave me some very useful exercises and tips to try to minimise issues returning. Huge thanks.
