was incredibly painful i have had 6 cowaxes over the course of 9 months here and never in my life had this one been so pain full. the wax was already excruciatingly hot and burned me several times. when it was time to rip the wax off it was not ripped it was slowly peeled off like im not human. when i asked why are you peeling it off i was told “because it’s too hot” hair was still left back after the wax.She Beauty is a good place for waxes but this particular lady was terrible
