I went there with my dauther and the athmospere was weird to say at least. We wanted a simple haircut with some thinning but she didn’t understand it to well and I acctually could have done the same haircut muself at home.

I told my hairdresser at the beginning that I have thin hair because I have lupus, a disease that makes me unwell. Throughout the cut she looked at my hair with a frown and shook her head telling me how poor the condition of my hair was and how thin it was. Additionally I told her exactly what I want and she wouldn't do it even though I've had it before and I know it looks good. Although the overall haircut was okay, I left the salon feeling very low about myself, opposite of what it should be
