Staff we're lovely, place is nice, well kept even when busy. Quality of my manicures weren't the greatest, this varies with staff so make sure you ask for the therapist you're happy with.

really good customer service, the salon was in great condition very clean and tidy and professional. We got there a bit before our appointment but were taken care of straight away, would highly recommend to friends and family
Possibly the best, most accurate and least painful waxing I've ever done. It's a bit expensive but, compared to other expensive places, this is definitely worth the money. Highly recommended

Been coming here for over a year for Lycon Hot Waxing and was always super happy with it. This last time however I had a different person wax me (and older lady from Turkey with "15-16 years experience") and it was the worst waxing experience of my life! She's clearly a staff member that usually only does regular waxing (with strips) because her technique SUCKED - I was in horrible pain throughout because she wasn't pulling properly and in the wrong directions. The whole time she was complaining how tough my hairs are and that she's never seen anything like it. Funny how the three other ladies I've had wax me here never had any trouble at all. I'm also quite pale with sparse hair so definitely not the toughest anyone will have seen. To add insult to the wound, she only did about 40% with Lycon Hot Wax, the rest she did with normal wax. More pain yay. Even though I explicitly said multiple times that I don't like regular waxing (not to mention I'm paying extra here to get proper Lycon Hot Wax).
In the future I will make sure to request an appointment with specific staff members I know from before.
