I've been to Sheer Bliss a few times now and I've always been very happy with the treatments. The building is a little run down but the staff are great and they do a super job.

Staff at the front desk were lovely, the woman who did the waxing was not overly friendly and seemed like she was in a bit of a rush to get everything done - she was fast, I will give her that!

I had a microdermabrasion treatment and facial at the salon. The treatment itself was fine and the room used was clean. The first issue was that they couldn't do the original time booked, but they had notified me about this in advance. When I got there, the receptionist was nice, but the therapist wasn't especially friendly and was quite difficult to understand. She didn't communicate what to expect, for instance if a product would tingle or should feel soothing etc. She also left the room and moved around a lot when I had things covering my eyes, without telling me what was going on, which I found disconcerting. Overall, the treatment was fine and it seems to have improved my skin, but it wasn't the best salon experience and I'd go elsewhere next time.

I visited sheer bliss for a wax, the staff were friendly and professional and the treatment was well done. Good value for money.
