I was only told on arrival that you cannot do both threading and sun beds on the same day. The staff wasn't the most friendly and said I needed to call wahanda if I wanted a refund. I didn't get to do the sun bed in the end and will need to return as I've already pre-paid.

Great value for money and I usually don't have to wait long to be served. I found the threading staff to be friendly and do a thorough job.

The lady who does the threading is very friendly and does a great job with threading, cutting and plucking to ensure a good job.

Very good value. The facial wasn't what I was expecting- hot steam on my face and then pinching my blackheads out was not that comfortable. But I think that is more about how it was communicated through Wahanda. I just wasn't expecting it...but maybe the beautician should have explained what she was going to do. I'd still go back- just maybe not this package.
