The hair treatment was really good and left my hair in really good condition for quite a while afterwards. However in regard to the haircut I'd paid for a 90 minute session overall and I was out by under an hour (from both treatments altogether), the woman seemed in a rush to finish cutting my hair. In that regard I would recommend it for the conditioning treatment but not the haircut and wouldn't rate it as value for money as I was half an hour short changed.
Very odd experience. The salon is currently being renovated which was very uncomfortable as I could see the work men on their ladders through the window above the door! The therapist did not give me a towel to keep myself decent as she open the door to tell them to move away. The offer I purchased was for a £20 Brazilian which the therapist did a fantastic job doing. When I went to pay the ladies down stairs said £32?! Because I had the hot was it would be extra... This was not explained when the therapist told me she would use hot wax. The reception however charged me £20 and were very helpful informing me that next time hot wax would be extra. All in all, great wax, I would go again but I most definitely won't be paying £32 for a Brazilian wax in Dalston. £12 extra for hot wax seems far too much, having worked as a beauty therapist myself.
Excellent spray tan - really natural colour and no streaks. Staff was friendly & professional, only critisism would be a bit more privacy while getting undressed!
This was my first ever bikini wax and I went for the Hollywood! The lady who did it put me at ease and was chatty and professional. I'm glad I paid the extra and had the lycon hot wax. I'd fully recommend it and it really wasn't all that painful!
