One of the bulbs was out in my tanning bed but other than that I was in and out super fast!

Poor electrolysis performed. The staff lost my records which contained previous settings used, which lead a member of staff to improvise on me, leading to painful scarring!

I love this salon. Only thing was therapist told me to revisit every week and receptionists said every month so now I'm not sure!

The staff pleasant but should have being informed as had to wait over 10 minutes.
My tan was not very noticable so therapist should have told me to choose proper one .
Also while I waited to dry there was no heater, it was vey cold and window was left opened .
I was not told when it was time to dress so made my own judement.
When paying for my treatment other people who entered the saloon was allowed to go before me.
