They changed my appointment to half an hour earlier yet were 20 mins late which was a bit annoying. They did not realise I had not been taken for my appointment but as soon as I informed them, they found a therapist to wax me straight away. The waxing was good but I usually get the hot wax which I will go back to next time due to personal preference.

The treatment was very quick but not as precise as previous waxes I have had. For the price though can't really complain

This was my first visit to Sheer Bliss although it's been a Dalston landmark for decades and going for a haircut there I really felt connected to the community: there were women there who'd been going all their lives, sometimes to the same hairdresser! It's a in an excellent location for food and shopping, in a great building with a cool interior and entertaining staff - I really enjoyed my visit.

Had a wonderful aromatherapy massage, felt extremely relaxed after. Would definitely go back although the only downside was how noisy the street is outside.

The actual treatment room wasn't too glamourous but I couldn't fault anything else - wax was quick, efficient, painless and the beautician was friendly and professional. Very happy with the results.
