Great wax, lovely staff and venue. More expensive than post for the hot wax, their strip wax is the same price as my usually venues hot wax but had a voucher so bought the price down. Would visit again but not at full price

The standing up sunbeds are really good. They struggled a bit to find my booking on Wahanda - someone was already in the booth when I got there so my reservation must not have come through. However wait was only about 10mins. Double check it if you're in a rush.

Gel Nails Manicure
This was my second pedicure at Sheer Bliss. The first was months ago and was great. The woman was lovely, professional and friendly. This time around, it was a different woman who did my pedicure and I don't know if maybe she was new, but I wasn't such a fan. She didn't know how to work the soaking tub and a colleague had to help her. She kept huffing and puffing and seemed to be in a bad mood. She did the job well but was a little bit rough a couple of times. She wore gloves, and the tools all seemed to be sitting in sanitizer (it was a blue liquid), but it would have been nice to see a little extra effort put in the decorum of cleanliness. There was a spray bottle of bleach next to me, but I didn't see the woman who did my pedicure or her colleague next to her use it on the tub after use, though part of the colleague's reason could have been that she had to do a manicure on her client following the pedicure and was maybe planning to clean up after she had completed her work. Overall, the place seemed pretty clean, the ambience was nothing special, but the massage chair is great as was the value as a had a voucher from Wahanda. I'll probably go back, but request a different person.
