It's modern and cheerful but not a luxury pampering destination. I had a patch test for electrolysis. I've had electrolysis and laser treatments before so the therapist didn't spend long on the consultation. She advised me to book for 20 mins for the first session which seemed a bit unnecessary as when I've had the same area treated before elsewhere they've got it done in 5 mins. I didn't have a bad reaction but the marks from the test were more visible and stayed longer than previous treatments I've had and I would be nervous about having the whole area done. Not sure if I'll be going back.
Electrolysis
Quick service, didn't require much waiting around. The threading was okay, although I wish much more attention would have been paid to the finer hairs.
Facial Threading
The strip wax was ok although quite painful, will go for the hot wax next time. The staff is lovely though, and the surroundings are clean.
Brazilian Waxing
Sheer Bliss is a busy, bustling, friendly salon. It seemed very well run and efficient. I didn't have to wait for my appointment and they seemed very up on client well-being/health and safety etc. I'd recommend it.
Electrolysis
Bora at Sheer Bliss gave me an amazing tan! She made me feel incredibly comfortable, it was my first time getting a spray tan so I was slightly nervous! She gave great advice on the tan brand and level to choose based on what I wanted. But most importantly her positive attitude and effort to put me at ease were incredible!
