Hair Colouring
Was running late so they fitted me in but gave mr a reduced treatment without telling me or giving me the option of rebooking. Other than that great therapist and ambience, convenient location
Swedish Massage
I was kept waiting for at least 15 minutes. The pedicure was fine but not exceptional. As soon as I sat down they whacked on a screen of loud pop videos in front of me without asking if I wanted it - I clearly didn't as I was reading a book and would have liked some quite. Anyway it broke down after 10 minutes so that was all good. Since I had to have shellac taken off first the whole process was lengthened and with the waiting time it felt slow and not relaxed.
Gel Nails Manicure
It's modern and cheerful but not a luxury pampering destination. I had a patch test for electrolysis. I've had electrolysis and laser treatments before so the therapist didn't spend long on the consultation. She advised me to book for 20 mins for the first session which seemed a bit unnecessary as when I've had the same area treated before elsewhere they've got it done in 5 mins. I didn't have a bad reaction but the marks from the test were more visible and stayed longer than previous treatments I've had and I would be nervous about having the whole area done. Not sure if I'll be going back.
