I needed to bring forward my appointment last minute and the staff were extremely accommodating and able to see me within the hour. I was extremely impressed with the treatment itself (Brazilian wax) - fast, efficient and very well done. Incredible value for money, will definitely go back.

Really kind and professional beautician, the microdermabrasion was thorough and although my skin is a bit red I can see the improvement.

I have seen two different beauticians for electrolysis and one experience was very good and one terrible. I was first treated by a wonderful Portuguese woman who was very careful with my skin and left virtually no marks, just tiny red dots that healed within one week. The second time I went I was treated by an older blonde English woman and she set the machine so high my skin still hasn't healed and my treatment was done before Christmas. I had my upper lip done and it looks like I have a rash, very unattractive. I would happily recommend my first beautician but definitely not the second one.

A really great experience. All the staff are very professional and friendly. The treatment was the best I have ever experienced at any salon.
