I had a really good experience in Sheer Bliss. The therapist, Annabella, was incredibly knowledgeable and gave me a lots of advice to keep taking care of my skin after the treatment. She was genuinely interested in what I wanted to get from the treatment and I did not fell at any time pressured to buy anything. The treatment was very professional and I was without any doubt in a the hands of an expert. The ambiance was very relax and I felt totally refreshed when I left.
Eye Contour Treatments
The customer service could have been friendlier and better but the treatment was good. Only thing was it felt a bit rushed towards the end. But overall did a good job and would go for a treatment there again.
Pedicure
One of the best and most professional tans I have had in London! Staff were really friendly and I would definitely go back for another! Seinna X is definitely the best brand for fake tanning at the moment
Spray Tanning and Sunless Tanning
I booked an appointment for a semi-permanent colour. The Salon did not have the Colour number that I requested, which I thought was really strange considering it is a generic golden blonde shade. I then had to pour over the book of hair samples to choose a replacement colour. I ended up selecting a mix of two colours, explaining to the Hairdresser that mixing them would hopefully get me the desired effect. I found it really odd that they weren't fully stocked. It was as though they just let their stocks run right down to nothing before they bother to replenish.
I was the only Client in the Salon, and was left alone in the corner while the staff chatted away amongst themselves in their own language. At no point was I offered any reading material, and only halfway through I was offered a drink.
The colour came out much darker than I thought it would, more of a light brunette. I'm just glad it's a Semi Permanent colour and will hopefully wash out soon.
This was totally not the nice pampering environment that I am used to at a Salon. I wish I had just got a box of colour from Morrisons and did it myself. I couldn't get out of there fast enough, and I will definitely NOT be going back.
Hair Colouring
The therapist was very professional and friendly but the tan wasn't as dark as I expected. The advantage of the spray tan was that it had a very mild, pleasant smell.
