I've been a few times before and it's always been no-frills which I don't mind. This time however the lady was very rough and it was very painful. Afraid to say I would not go back. I've even got a small amount of tearing where the woman was pulling my skin around - really unpleasant. That said she did a very thorough job and obviously knows what she's doing, but her bedside manner leaves a lot to be accounted for. Whole experience left me feeling slightly traumatised!! I guess you get what you pay for ... I will be going elsewhere and paying more in the future.
