I have been here before as it's a salon that is local to me, and had a wonderful haircut with one of the senior stylists who really listened to what I wanted and knew what would suit me, and what wouldn't, based on how my hair falls. She knew almost instinctively what would work best. For this reason I thought I would book again. Unfortunately the second time I had a stylist who did not speak English and asked very few questions, was curt in manner and questioned the validity of my Treatwell voucher, visibly getting irritated when I said that a blow dry was included (it was). I felt embarrassed and unhappy with the cut but unable to express this to him, and so asked for a plain blow dry and left quickly. I was extremely disappointed and felt upset (I still don't like my hair style though it was only meant to be a trim - he changed the shape of my fringe completely and it does not suit my face), though I must really stress that I had a fantastic experience the first time with the female stylist. The place is nice and comfortable with a good, friendly atmosphere. Very conveniently located near to two underground stations and lots of bus routes.
The hairdresser did not speak english and the message of what i wanted got lost in translation.
All staff here are so sweet and are very accommodating, my hair dresser is did such a great job. People have been complimenting me all week!
The haircut was really good - fast, I was out in under 1h! I'll be back
