Hairstylist (don't know her name as she hasn't introduce herself) was having very bad attitude from the start to the end, making me feel like i was second category client because I booked my haircut via Wahanda. She was rushing through the whole process, and in the middle of my cut even complained that she is doing more then she should, as it supposed be just trim (even though i booked for restyle!). The haircut itself was quite different from what I asked and showed on the picture reference, and the finishing on the back was so bad ( it was pixie crop) that i had to go to the other hair saloon to repair it. Also the hairstylist used the styling product which was completely unsuitable for my blond hair, so it looked like they were greasy.
The salon is just right outside the station so it is extremely easy to get to, Ellie who was my therapist was very warm and professional, I was advised to do another treatment which cost a bit more but it was completely consensual. Ellie gives out very good advise and is not pushy in a way that you have to take it. The treatment was good.
The staff is nice, competent and friendly. I also got a haircut. They asked me what I wanted and offered some nice suggestion. They again understood immediately what I wanted. Everybody is very helpful and kind. And it's less expensive than other venues. Overall I am very pleased. I'll go back again.
I love Sheer Bliss. This was my second visit, both booked via Wahanda, and I intend to get my hair cut here regularly. The service is exceptional: I didn't have to wait, and immediately had my hair washed and was given the best and longest head massage I've ever had in hairdressers. I was then taken to my seat and brought a delicious coffee (there is a choice of drinks) with a biscuit. The hairdresser was lovely and gave me a great cut and blow dry. She asked good questions of me and really listened to what I replied, so there were no unpleasant surprises. Highly recommended.
