The haircut was awful. I gave clear instructions that I wanted my hair cut below my chin and cut to the same length all over and I showed reference pictures. She ignored all of this and tried to give me a diagonally cut bob extremely short at the back and to fix it she had to cut it all to this length. It will take months for my hair to grow back to a length I’m comfortable with. I cried when I left.
