I think zoe was fantastic in terms of explaining everything thoroughly and ensuring I was comfortable, I'm just a bit disappointed that my skin isn't actually cleared up- still lots of blackheads that could have been removed and just don't feel the facial has been worth the money I paid. I really thought this was going to be a thorough cleanse of all impurities under the skin but I'm glad i had a very friendly and knowledgeable therapist for my first Hydrafacial.
