I visited at the end of the day and the salon was a little messy, especially the treatment room. Whilst lying face down on the couch I could see dirty tissues. However that being said the staff are lovely and are very good at what they do.

Bargain treatments, yet great service, atmosphere, whilst also explaining how other treatments at cheaper establishments have damaged my feet (such as using blades for pedicures!) , they only use files here! Lovely staff who are great to chat to, and a great range of colours and a painless wax!

I think I had a trainee as I could have easily done a better job at home in a quarter of the time. Worst pedicure I have ever had. My appointment started late when I called ahead to confirm they could do it on time as I have my son to pick up from nursery. The spa water was cold. The woman was incredibly slow and I had to ask her to do obvious things. Ny nails look andf I will have to redo them. I wasn't relaxed at all which was the point because she was obviously nervous and unsure. I don't mind using a trainee but want to know ahead of time and not be charged full price. I had a brilliant pedicure the time before. Disappointed as I thought I found my go to place.
