I had booked on-line for Saturday morning but found that my appointment was not showing on the salon's system and there was another lady who went first, and I had to wait a short while. However I felt that Samira rushed cutting my hair and it was not as good as it was last time, when my haircut was fabulous. This was OK and it may have been caused by the mix-up with bookings.
A 30 min appt for a gel nails manicure turned into just 15 mins whereby I had to dry my own nails under the lamp (pushing the button every 60 secs) because the beauty therapist kept leaving to go onto the computer to keep checking corona virus news. And 5 days later, they have now chipped. Mine regularly last over 2 weeks when I go to my regular place. Considering I was the only customer in there, I would have felt more attention should have been focused on me. The technician also never used gloves during my treatment which I was felt was necessary during these CV times.
