I don’t get why this venue got average rating here. I was happy with the experience. The venue was very clean and the beautician was very welcoming. Quality of work is also very good

Terrible. I booked in advance and on arrival they had no idea I had booked as I could the woman open the book and look confused. I was told to wait on the side and that they’d be 5 mins late. After 10 mins I chased and was told that I was after a was after a wax appointment. After 15 min I finally was told to go to the treatment room. I spotted a towel thrown on the bed and questions if this was clean or if was used for the wax session and they insisted it was clean and wouldn’t put a new one on

I was listened to and got the hair cut that I wanted.
Very friendly staff and helpful.
I have been there before for beauty treatments but never for hair, but wi definitely go back.

I turned up for my pre booked appointment to be sent away because the hair dresser “was out for a few hours” poor service and will not be wasting my time travelling to this salon again
