Arrived for my appointment to find the salon was closed.
Email and text reminders received only hours before hand but no notification or courtesy call to tell me they would be closed.
Wasted journey. If I had known I would have booked elsewhere.
Safe to say I will not be returning to Sheila's.

Booked an appointment only to turn up and find the salon closed having only received a reminder hours earlier. My step daughter had an appointment booked a few weeks back and had turned up only to be told the appointment had been cancelled - I had received the cancellation email ten mins before the appointment time and had not seen it to be able to communicate with her who had already turned up to be seen!!
In my opinion the online booking service isn’t fit for purpose. DO NOT BOOK ONLINE!!

I really love having my hair cut by Sheila - she instinctively knows what I want, and gets it spot on every time. There is always a happy buzz about the place and I leave very happy with my hair
