Went for highlights, but changed my mind last minute to bleach and tone,as Daisy said it might be hard to get it all over at the back as my hair is short. she did a great job with the colour but all over colour is not for me, so looking to get my highlights back

It was good, no problems but not extraordinary either. The blow dry wasn't particularly great however but overall good.
