The stylist was friendly and polite but in reflection I don't feel that I got the quality I paid for at £45 as it only lasted 20-30 minutes which is the quickest cut and blow dry I have ever had, and far from the 1 hour advertised on Treatwell. My hair wasn't detangled before the blow dry so it hurt. I felt they deliberately rushed it to finish early and I did not quite get the experience or cut I was expecting.

The salon is extremely filthy, the room I had my wax had so much dirt on the floors and trolley look like they were not cleaned for years, very sticky. The treatment was also terrible, there was no method to it, simply pull in no direction and the lady burnt me as wax was too hot. She then says that I am very sensitive. I don't even think they use a new spatula each time as I landed up with rash all over due to poor hygiene.
