The stylist was friendly and polite but in reflection I don't feel that I got the quality I paid for at £45 as it only lasted 20-30 minutes which is the quickest cut and blow dry I have ever had, and far from the 1 hour advertised on Treatwell. My hair wasn't detangled before the blow dry so it hurt. I felt they deliberately rushed it to finish early and I did not quite get the experience or cut I was expecting.
